The reader matches the delay to the lead time.
Stage 4 — the safety inspection and code compliance
Verbs and collocations: pass the inspection, certify the unit, post the certificate, correct the violation, schedule the annual test.

A safety inspection is a scheduled, regulated event, and its certificate is often the tested detail. Part 7 pairs an inspection report with a notice and asks whether the unit passed, what must be corrected before it can reopen, or when the next inspection is due. A distractor will confuse the annual code inspection with an ordinary service visit — they are logged and billed separately.
Stage 5 — the maintenance contract and renewal
