TOEIC Link 1-Month Plan — Four Cycles to Move One CEFR Level

A 30-day plan runs four diagnose-fix-verify cycles. Where the 2-week plan fixes one weakness, this plan can credibly move you up one CEFR level across the test.

Why one month works

Four weeks lets you target one module per week and still leave a peaking week. The 1-week plan is for format familiarity, the 2-week plan fixes one weakness, the 1-month plan lifts the whole 4-module score.

Budget 60-80 total hours. Aim for 15-20 hours per week: 1.5h × 5 weekdays + 4h × 2 weekend days. Sustainable for working professionals.

  • Week 1: diagnostic + weakest module
  • Week 2: second weakness + maintain Week 1
  • Week 3: third weakness + full mock
  • Week 4: peaking + test day

Week 1: diagnose and the weakest module

Run one full mock on Day 1. Use score + CEFR report to identify the weakest module, the one with the most "close misses," and any unexpectedly strong module.

Days 2-7 invest 8 of 12 weekly hours into the weakest module. Spend the remaining 4h on vocab and maintenance.

  • Day 1: full mock + analysis (3h)
  • Day 2-6: weakest module focus (8h)
  • Day 7: mini-mock to verify (2h)

Weeks 2-3: second and third weaknesses

Move to the next-weakest module in Week 2. The Week 1 module drops to 15 minutes/day of maintenance. Week 3 repeats with the third weakness.

After three cycles you end up with one strong module and three improved ones — the structural shape that lifts the total score.

Week 4: peaking and test day

No new training in the final week. Day 22-25: two full mocks. Day 26-28: review only. Day 29-30: light load. Sleep early before test day.

  • Day 22-25: 2 full mocks (test simulation)
  • Day 26-28: review + targeted weakness
  • Day 29: light vocab review only
  • Day 30: test day

Daily core routine

  • Commute 30-45 min: this week’s focus module
