TOEIC Link Complete Guide
TOEIC Link is the next-generation English proficiency test by ETS — taken online, at home, in roughly 81 minutes. It uses adaptive technology, scores on a 0–25 CEFR-aligned scale, and delivers results within 48 hours. Explore our guides below to learn everything you need to know.
What Is TOEIC Link?
TOEIC Link is a modular, online English assessment developed by ETS (Educational Testing Service). Unlike the traditional TOEIC, which requires a physical test center and separate products for L&R and S&W, TOEIC Link lets you choose any combination of four skills — Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing — and take them from home.
The Listening and Reading modules use computer-adaptive testing (CAT) for more precise measurement in fewer questions, while Speaking and Writing are scored by a hybrid of AI and human reviewers. All scores are mapped directly to CEFR levels (A1–C1).
